Helper of the Year 2006

In May the Helper of the Year 2006 award winner, physiatrist and general practice specialist Karl-August Lindgren from ORTON Orthopaedic Hospital was announced.

The award will be given at later date.

Helper of the Year 2005

In autumn 2005 the Helper of the Year award was given to Voitto Järvimäki who works at the Pain Clinic of Oulu University Hospital.

The award was given by Oulu regional group correspondent Hannele Määttä and co-ordinator of regional group correspondents Esko Asujamaa.

Helper of the Year 2004

The Helper of the Year 2004 award was handed to neurology specialist Maija Haanpää who is specialized in pain management. Haanpää works at Neurology and Pain Clinics of Helsinki University Hospital.

Award ceremony speaker was Vappu Taipale, Director General and Chairperson from STAKES National Research and Development Centre for Welfare and Health.

Helper of the Year 2003

The first Helper of the Year award was given to physiatrist and general practice specialist Jukka Pekka Kourille who works at ORTON Rehabilitation.
